Deep Energy Retrofits of two 150-year-old brick masonry homes in Cincinnati, Ohio, by Sol Design + Consulting. The retrofit strategy was optimized to minimize total 30-year carbon emissions, including both upfront emissions of the new materials and operational emissions. The result are completely electrified and decarbonized homes, and a model for future retrofits.
